① Cancellation
The cancellation must be submitted in writing. The registration fee -100,000 will not be refunded in any case. Refund will be transferred to your Korea account after the course, within 30 days| Division | Cancellation time | Range of housing refund | Range of tuition refund |

- Any refund requested in last 4 weeks will not be accepted.
- In the case of own family death, even though when a student withdraws after 50% of the course, 50% of the left days will be granted. (The reference document will be given to Seoul office.)
② Absence, Delayed arriving
If don't attend the classes for 3 weeks without any notice given, the pre -paid fees will not be refunded.Late arrival will not be rewarded by any amount of extension for the course or refund.
