① Application

Submit your application form and send it with registration fee( $100,000) to GS or the agent.
Please apply at least 4 weeks before the course starting date.

② Confirmation / Course fees

GS will confirm your place on the course within 1 week and other fees have to be paid by 2 weeks before the starting date.

③ Flight details

Please give us 1 week notice before the starting date for your comfortable transfer.

④ Extension of the course

4 weeks notice is required before the close of registration otherwise the teacher or the lesson may be changed.
The extension fees have to be fully paid in a week when you receive the extension confirmation.
You can pay to Agent or GS Seoul office.

⑤ Price fluctuation

The school has the right to change the course fees due to the difference in exchange rate, increasing tax and inflation of Philippine

① Changing classes or teachers

If you want to change the class or the teacher, you can apply after first week.
Afterward, it’s available once for 2 weeks

② Adding classes

If you want to e>dent one to one lesson after school, the mist will be $100,000 for 4 weeks.
(Maximum extension 1 hour a day)

③ Changing program

On the starting day of any course, the course and program can be changeable if one wishes.

④ Alternative classes

In case of strikes or resignation, the native speaker can be changed to local teacher.
In case of strikes or resignation, the teacher can be changed to another teacher.

⑤ Class manners

Eating is not allowed in the class roan.
Mobile telephones must be switched off.
Please dress appropriately.
All students are expected to behave with responsible attitudes and teat teacher with respect.

⑥ Learning

Students must attend regularly and on time
Have to follow the instructions from teacher ? homework, exam, etc..

⑦ Holidays

There are no classes on national day and public holidays, it will not be rewarded.

⑧ Certificate

The certificate will be awarded to those present above 90% of class.

Absence Policy

① If you do not attend 1 lesson, the exercise (Jogging) is to be prohibited on that day.
② If you do not attend different 3 lessons a week, you are to be grounded on Friday.
③ If you do not attend same 3 classes a week, that particular class wit be dosed for the following week.
④ If you do not attend 5 lessons a week, those particular classes are to be dosed for the following week.
Indeed, this will be informed to your parents.
⑤ If you are in sick, you are asked to inform to the office before the class get started. Indeed you have to stay in the school on that day. (For prevent a bad excuse.)

Self -access Policy

※ Accountability study(20:00-22:00), Recommended Study (22:00-23:00)
① Attendance will be checked every hour.
② Warning' will be given for those who do not attend one time in a week.
③ To be grounded for those who do not attend 2 times in a week.

Out go/ Overnight Policy

※ Returning time: MON-THUR.(No Outgo), FRF-SAT(03:00), SUN(21:00)
① lf a student breaks 1 lime: 'Warning', to be grounded, 100 Peso fine
② lf a student breaks 2 times: To be grounded for weekend, 100 Peso fine
③ lf a student breaks in weekdays: 100 Peso fine.
If a student breaks in weekend: 50 Peso fine
④ lf a student breaks the policy 1st time(after 04:00): One-on-one talk, to be grounded, 100 Peso fine
⑤ lf a student breaks the policy 2nd time(after 04:00): As that student will be considered that he/she doesn't want to keep studying, this will be informed to his/her parents with withdrawing from school.
※ Overnight application is to be submitted at least 2 weeks ahead.

Test/Class Policy

① To be fined for those who do not attend the monthly test
② Warning will be given for those who do not follow a teachers instruction on homework or class related matters.
③ One-on-one talk and Warning' for those who do not follow a teachers instruction on home -works or class related matters 2nd time.
④ That particular class is to be dosed when you do not follow a teachers instruction on home- works or class related matters 3rd time.

Contravention of Dormitory Policy

※ Drinking, Smoking, Gambling, Trespassing
① At the 1st show up : ‘Warning', to be asked to write a letter of apology
② At the 2nd show up: ‘Waning', to be grounded for a week
③ At the 3rd show up: Withdrawing from school as you MI be considered that you don't want to keep studying
※ If you steal Cash/Commodity from someone in school, Withdrawing from school will be taken place.

Additional Rules

① Fee is not refundable in case of Expulsion no matter how long the period remains.
② Any property loss occurred by a student is chargeable.
③ The school holds no responsibility for any affairs occurred by an individual carelessness and happened in absence without leave.
